Dr. Aurelia Mila de la Roca, MD
Physician, entrepreneur, professor, and healthcare executive with experience spanning clinical medicine, academia, healthcare operations, business leadership, and clinical research. Before entering the research industry, she spent more than a decade helping lead and grow multiple family-owned pharmacies in Venezuela. Following her medical career as an Emergency Medicine Physician and Chief of the Hospitalization Department, she relocated to the United States, continued in academia, and transitioned into clinical research — earning national recognition including multiple Top 5 enrollment rankings and #1 enrollment performance for major pharmaceutical sponsors.
